SHADOW MOUNTAIN

Shadow’s May Long Weekend. Any weekend in May works for us.

A Saturday twilight round. A full Sunday at Shadow. That’s May weekend golf, handled.
BOOK YOUR MAY WEEKEND AT SHADOW
May weekends do not last long. Book your Saturday and Sunday tee times while the best twilight and Sunday spots are still open.

The May weekend you want is already on the calendar. (But we think they all look good...)

May is made for golf trips.

Arrive on Saturday, head straight to Shadow before check-in, grab food, shop the pro shop, loosen up on the range, then head out for a twilight round.

Come back Sunday and do it properly with the full 36-hole Shadow experience.

Whether you book the actual long weekend or make one of your own later in the month, this is the kind of May getaway that feels bigger than the calendar says it should.

BUILD YOUR WEEKEND AT SHADOW

One easy plan.
A full Shadow weekend.

No package math. No complicated itinerary. No pressure to overthink it. Your Shadow weekend could look like:
Saturday arrival
Sunday return for 36 holes
Food and drinks before your round
Lunch at the course between rounds
Complimentary warm-up range session
Time to actually enjoy the full day
Saturday twilight tee time
You book your tee times. We take care of the Shadow part.

Two ways to do it.

Driving in?

Leave Saturday morning or early afternoon and make the drive part of it.

Arrive in Kimberley, come straight to the course, check in at Shadow, grab a bite, take a few swings on the range, and roll into your twilight round before hotel check-in.

Then come back Sunday for the kind of golf day you talk about the whole drive home.

Flying in?

Take the easy flight, land, and head straight into your weekend.

Instead of losing half the day waiting around for check-in, come straight to Shadow for food, a little pro shop time, a complimentary range warm-up, and a Saturday twilight round that starts the trip properly.

Sunday is your full Shadow day: 36 holes, lunch, and no need to rush any of it.

Straight from the fairway.

Your May weekend starts the second you get here.

Come in, settle in, tee off. This is not the “kill time until check-in” version of a golf trip. This is the better version.
  • Get into town
  • Come straight to Shadow
  • Eat before the round
  • Pick up what you forgot, or what you definitely do not need but are buying anyway
  • Hit the range
  • Walk onto the first tee for twilight
NO DELAYS.
By the time everyone else is checking into their room, you are already in it.

Sunday is where your May weekend pays off.

Tree-lined fairways. Elevation. A course that asks for your attention and rewards good shots. Sunday is where you make a day of it. This is the part that makes a May weekend at Shadow feel like a real getaway, not just another tee time.
36 holes. Lunch in between. No reason to rush off.
Play your first round, reset over lunch, then head back out and finish the weekend properly. This is the Shadow experience the way it is meant to feel: full day, full scenery, full value.

No. This is an itinerary idea built around the tee times you should book to make the most of the weekend.
Not at all. It also works for locals who want to turn a regular weekend into something that actually feels like a getaway.
No. The idea works any weekend in May. The long weekend is the inspiration. The rest of the month works just as well.
